How do I book a trip with A & D Rentals?
We utilize Turo as our booking platform. It’s easy to use and provides clarity and transparency for all your rental needs and accommodations.
It’s as EASY AS:
1.) Find the perfect car
2.) Book your trip – Book on the Turo app or online, choose a protection plan, and say hi to your host! Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your trip.
3.) Hit the road – Have the car delivered or pick it up from your host. Check in with the app, grab the keys, and hit the road!
What is Turo?
With AD Rental Services we have strategically placed vehicles in our fleet to accommodate, family, business, and vacations to meet any of your vehicle needs.
We fondly like to say that, “Turo is like the Airbnb for vehicle rentals.” You will be renting one of the personally owned vehicles that we love and care for. We also provide the highest level of service to ensure the easiest rental experience you’ve ever had.
Can I pick it up at one location and return it to another?
We pride ourselves on being accommodating. Changes happen and we are here for you! All we ask is for notice and we will do our best to adjust to your needs.
How do delivery and drop-off work?
Every rental experience is unique and that includes delivery and pickup for each rental. For any questions about how we can accommodate your needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Do I need to purchase Turo insurance?
Check with your full-coverage insurance carrier if they cover you during a TURO rental; this is car sharing and not a rental, so some companies do not cover you! If there is no full coverage or your carrier does not cover your rental, HIGHLY recommended to purchase INSURANCE. The same goes for international renters! Purchase the insurance!
In the event of an accident, we will request to first check for your personal insurance coverage. If you cannot, then we file a claim through Turo, and they will get the money from you by all means necessary.
Are there any other hidden fees?
Some fees may include; tolls, refueling charges.
Can I add a driver?
YES! Once you book with your account (The account holder or primary driver must be present to accept the vehicle!) You Will be able to navigate to the trip details page and click “add driver” for free. (The added driver must have their own separate email address and cell phone number to create an account with Turo). This sends an email to the additional driver to create a Turo account and be approved to drive. Please do not mess around with this and let unauthorized drivers drive our vehicles. We have seen what happens when unauthorized drivers get into an at-fault accident, and Turo does not mess around. We are here to provide a service to you and be sure your safety and/or finances are not at risk.
Do you rent any extras?
We offer TaylorMade golf clubs, camping gear, beach gear, coolers, fishing poles, and LOTS more. See the extras section at checkout. Message us if you do not see it listed. As a local company, we can get most things you need! Boat tours, fishing, etc. Let us know!

Tips:
- Report any accidents, theft, or damage to the authorities immediately.
- A police report at the time of the incident is required in order for any damage claim to be covered by Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), if chosen, or by Turo insurance.
- Contact Turo support or us directly to report any problems.
- All of our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles.
- Mileage is limited on most contracts. Make sure to ask the rental agent for details.
- All drivers must provide a valid driver’s license at the time of the rental. Absolutely no unauthorized drivers.
